Mayer (Collier); his cousin Marvel; his sisters, Holly Heindel (Jason) and Tiffany Trace (Dan); his grandmother Jackie Collier; his godmother Lisa Smeltzer; his siblings' children, Alexis and Logan; and his great-nieces, Ivy and Ava. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
