He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert B., Sr. and Agnes Grafström (Murtha). He is survived by: his wife Joan DeSantis-Grafström; his children, Lisamarie Grafström (Dave Schnitzler), Albert B. Grafström, III (James R. Whittaker), Jacqueline Grafström (James Ortlieb), Mishel Grafström (Daniel Shaffer) and Renée Grafström (Steven Gruchevsky); his grandchildren, Zachary Crater, Nicholas Crater, Josh Crater, Ben Shaffer, Abby Shaffer and Aaron Gruchevsky; and his great grandchildren, Marissa Crater, Emma Crater, Anthony Crater, Owen Crater, Daniel Crater, Jackson Crater, Max Crater, Brooks Crater and Cole Albert Crater.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Philip and James Church (723 E Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
