He was predeceased by: his brother Ranney McCartney (Dorothy Cushing); and his friend Tabitha Cleveland. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Robert Toner (Patricia) and Barbara Jane Toner (Smith); his parent-in-law Gene Blevins of Downingtown; his sisters, MaryJane McCartney of Jacksonville, FL., Kim Napoli (Gary) of Coatesville and Mischelle Ceulers (Brian) of Coatesville; his close friend Shelia Griffith of Downingtown; Thomas Toner (Julie) of Parkesburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, stepchildren, grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Friends of Parker Dam or any local SPCA.
