He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Rowe; and his siblings, Robert Rowe and Nancy Barrett. He is survived by: his father Samuel Rowe; his wife Elizabeth M. Rowe; his children, Joseph R. Rowe and Aimee E. Rowe (Jon Wheeler); and his siblings, Judy Boyd and Samuel Rowe (Vicki). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
