Blevins and Lonnie Estil Blevins; his close friend Barbara Toner; his children, Rodney Allen Blevins (Linda) and Telford Eugene Blevins, Jr.; and his siblings, Bobby Monroe Blevins, Freddie Ray Blevins, Freda Kay Blevins-Perkins, Gerry Wayne Blevins, Jerry Blane Blevins, Clifford Lee Blevins and Stella Frances Blevins-Kreps. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several step-grandchildren.
