He was predeceased by : his son Bernard J. Morgan III; his sister Mary Ann; his brother-in-law Gerald J. Snyder; his brother Vincent B. Morgan; his in-laws, Cosmo, Assunta Ciccarelli, Anthony J. and Joann L. Ciccarelli (Moscariello); and his parents, Bernard A. Morgan and Julia Morgan (Scardino).

He is survived by : his sons, Gregory B. Morgan and David G. Morgan; his wife Catherine D. Morgan (Ciccarelli) of Edmund's Catholic Church; his daughters-in-law, Donna Morgan (Kirker), Colleen Morgan (Kennedy) and Mary Theresa Morgan (Walicki); and his sister-in-law Geraldine Morgan (Bartorilla). He is also survived by three nephews, three nieces, 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
