Doris H. Carr Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris H. Carr (Doylestown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 9, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris H. Carr to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Hart and Betty Hart; and her husband George McClellan Carr, III. She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Snezek, Connie Colyer and Graham Patterson "Bud" Hart; her children, Mike Carr and Kathy Carr; her son-in-law Steve Marks; and her grandson Aidan Carr. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Doylestown Presbyterian Church (127 E Court St, Doylestown, PA 18901). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
She dedicated her long career to psychiatric and geriatric nursing, where she made significant contributions to her patients and the wider community.
