He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Wanda; his children, Lorene Lihotz (Carl), Linda Carter, Frank Jr. (Donna) and Chuck (Kim); and his sister Marilyn Carr. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
