He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowland Worthington and Margaret Worthington; his sisters, Margaret "Peggy" Friling (Wayne), Evelyn Kuller (Lindley), Mary Clark (William) and Ruth Swartz; and his great grandchild AJ Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Pat (Pat); his children, Christine Ferguson (Daniel), Cynthia Lewis (Michael), Kenneth Craig Worthington (Deborah), William Worthington (Donna), Andrew Worthington (Lori), Ryan Worthington (Karen) and Stephen Worthington (Annette); his grandchildren, Douglas (Amanda), Meghan (Anthony), Kevin, Stephanie (Matthew), Jonathan (Nicole), Kenneth Craig Jr. (Lori), Benjamin (Victoria), Courtney (Adam), Anne (Adam), William Jr. (Karen), Phillip (Heather), Matthew (Maria), Thomas (Michaela), Taylor (Alesha), Dillon, Samuel, Aaron (Kaitlyn) and Rebecca; and his brother-in-law Charles Swartz. He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
