She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Mowen; and her siblings, Geri Stutheit, Eleanor Dwight and Ken Garrison. She is survived by: her brother Lon Garrison Sr. (Joyce) of Whidbey Island, Washington.; and her sons, Michael of Allentown, Pennsylvania, Douglas (Olivia Solini) of Williston, Vermont and Keith (Brenda) of Clearwater, Florida. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Doylestown Presbyterian Church (127 E Court St, Doylestown, PA 18901).
