She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wiley and Margaret Wiley; her husband Elmer Jacobs; her daughter Wendy Powers; her children-in-law, Jim Powers and Angela Jacobs; and her sister Margaret Bogan.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Jacobs of Cape May, Richard Jacobs (Cindi) of Green Lane, Pennsylvania and Thomas Jacobs (Michelle) of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; and her sister Joyce Johnson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
