She was predeceased by: her husband Frank L. Rufe, Sr.; and her parents, Clifford Lukens and Dorothy Lukens (Nace). She is survived by: her children, Frank L. Jr., Kenneth Lee (Karen), Robert L. (Deborah) and Janette Dallas; and her siblings, Jeanette Powell, Shirley Mayhew and Clifford Lukens. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
