He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel and Helen; his brother Sam; and his in-laws, Raymond Sr. and Mary Alice McCreavy.

He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Nick Casale, Jr. (Mary Frances), Linda Schnecker (Mike), Mark (Karen), Sam (Tina) and Raymond (Kelly); his grandchildren, Nicholas Casale, III, Fran Casale, Katie Casale, Nicole Mika, Aimee Keightly, Gina Nickels, Mark Anthony Casale, Alison Burns, Isabella Casale, Sam Casale, Jr., Ava Casale, Jake Casale, Ray Casale, Jr., Taylor Casale and Madison Casale; and his sister Nancy Morrisroe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
