He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Daniel and Elizabeth Ann Patrick (Padgett). He is survived by : his wife Lynne A. Patrick (McLain); his daughters, Felicity Patrick (Hannah), Kimberly Dotson (Bobby) and Shannon Inen (Gary); his siblings, Lisa Keefe (Jim), Rita Patrick, Jennifer Schneider (Shawn), James Patrick (MaryEllen) and Michael Patrick (Kymberly); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Luna, Flynn, Brystol, McKinley and Liam; his mother-in-law Eleanor McLain; his brother Michael McLain; and his sister-in-law Cindy Canova (Tom). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tim's memory may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or the American Cancer Society.
