He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Spencer and Margaret O'Connor Spencer; his wife Charlotte G. Spencer; his son Charles Spencer; and his son-in-law Darrell Histand.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Adele Rentschler; his daughters, Kathleen S. Histand and Suzanne S. Brink (David); his daughter-in-law Kathleen K. Spencer; his grandchildren, Jessica Spencer, Charlotte Spencer, Michael Spencer, Jenna Brink and Corey Brink; and his caregiver Adele. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
