She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbarann Chakmaklian and Jack Chakmaklian; and her sister Denise Chakmaklian. She is survived by: her son Connor Phillips; and her niece Tammy Routzahn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rigby, Harting & Hagan Funeral Home (15 E 4th St, Media, PA 19063). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion (6914 Chestnut St, Upper Darby Township, PA 19082).
