Joan F. Durso Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan F. Durso of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan F. Durso to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis J. Rufo and Frances Rufo; her siblings, Louis Rufo, Charles Rufo (Sunny), Anthony Rufo, John Rufo (Janice), Mary Doughty (Michael), Ann Costello (Jim) and Michael Rufo (Kim); and her siblings' children, Lauren Rufo, Chaz Rufo (Sunny), Anthony Rufo, Genna Smyth (Patrick), Susan Muniak (Joseph), J. Ben Rufo, Christopher Rufo, Michael Doughty, Jr. (Devon), Mark Doughty (Catherine), James Costello, IV, Joan Costello, Kara Soussi (Ramsey), Michael Rufo and Ashley Fitzgerald (John). She was also cherished by 14 grandnieces and grandnephews.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dorothy Church (4910 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA 19026).
