He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Crothers; his brothers, William and Martin Crothers; and his parents, William Crothers and Catherine Crothers.
He is survived by: his children, James Williams (Patricia), John F. Crothers, Jr. (Jennifer), Catherine Crothers and Colleen Crothers; his grandchildren, Corinna, Alexandra, Meagan and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Avila. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Ruffenach Funeral Home (4900 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA 19026). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (626 Baily Rd, Yeadon, PA 19050).
