He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. A. Rigney and Marie Rigney; his wife Marie L. Fitzpatrick; his daughter Anne; and his siblings, Rose Marie Kling, William, Nancy, Robert and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Jean, Chris (Maria) and Frank (Sue); and his granddaughter Nora. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
