He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William James Hart and Margaret Scamuffa; his wife Marie Mulholland Hart; his friend Philadelphia; his children, Nicholas Hart and Alyssa Hart; his siblings, Nicole Bernardo (Michael Bernardo), Gina Hart (Robert Close) and Charlie Hart (Valerie Hart); and his grandchildren, Averi Rose and Nico. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephew, he was loved by so many aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Stretch Funeral Service (236 E Eagle Rd, Havertown, PA 19083). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to The Kevin Cain Memorial Foundation, an organization close to Billy's heart.
