She is survived by: her husband William Floyd; her stepfather P. Edward Ketzel of New Castle, PA; her children, William D. "Ralph" Floyd, III (Jen) of Dutton, MT, Idalee Simpson (Brent) of Hummelstown, PA and Kurt Walker; her grandchildren, Dakota Jacob Floyd, Kelsey Elizabeth Floyd, Magdalyn Mae Floyd, Millicent Danielle Floyd, Morgan Paige Grubb, EmmaGrace Elizabeth Simpson, Grayson Amzai Simpson, Abram Zebulan Simpson and Everett Ezekiel Simpson; her siblings, Thomas Walker (Linda), Suzanne Moss (John) and Eileen Flick of Lebanon, PA; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Walker and Ruth Peffer of Ellwood City, PA.; Ashley Raine Grubb.
