He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Cub" Miller and Martha McIsaac Miller. He is survived by: his close friend Sally Purdy (McCoole); his children, Ashley Mason (Steve) of Emporium, Kenny Miller (Karen) of Emporium, Amber Miller of Emporium and Tiffany Cook (Doug) of Emporium; and his siblings, John Miller (Peggy) of Kersey and Michele Myers of Emporium. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
