She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Ondik (Michael); her grandchildren, Nicole Ondik Bellin (Zachary) and Michael Ondik (Emelia); her great grandchild Wren; her brother John Fazio (Betty Ann); and her nephews, Brian and Kevin.
