She was predeceased by : her parents, Juan "Eladio" Berrios and Maria Berrios (Torre); and her husband John. She is survived by : her children, Joanne Perez (Joseph) of Glendora, CA, Anthony Ortiz (Ann) of Sewell, NJ, John Ortiz (Cindy Getz-Ortiz) and Thomas Ortiz (Diane); and her sister Emily Burno of Rehoboth Beach, DE. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
