He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Yurish and Hilda Yurish (Hoffman); his wife Phyllis Balliet; and his siblings, Leemore Hoffman and Hazel Petrick.
He is survived by: his sons, Vernon Yurish, Edward Thomas Yurish, Jr. (Mary) of Gerrardstown, WV, Russell Yurish (Linda) and Stanley Yurish; his grandchildren, Stephen Lynch, Nicholas, Megan, Brandi and Levi Yurish; and his great grandchildren, Aubree Yurish, Leo and Henry Boettcher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East) (669 W Butler Dr, Sugarloaf, PA 18222). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Mount Laurel Memorial Park (1000 S Church St, Hazle Township, PA 18202).
