He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edwards and Carol Edwards (Litzi). He is survived by: his wife Michelle J. Mendofik; his daughter Lilly Edwards (Mendofik); and his stepchildren, Nathan Sissick and Kathryn "Kate" Sissick. He is also survived by child, Tom was blessed with many brothers and sisters in Christ; nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
