She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ray and Ora Jane Hess (Park); her siblings, Ellis Hess, Ruth Gladfelter, Sheldon Hess and Mary Grissinger; her daughter Nina Hendershot; and her granddaughter Danielle Clapsadle.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Souders; her children, Michael Souders (Teressa), Melanie Hendershot (Gary) and Billie Jo Strait (Todd); her son-in-law Harry Hendershot; and her friend Brenda Covert.
