He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tobin and Doris Tobin (Miller); his wife Pamela Tobin (Karetski); and his sister Cathy Tobin. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Young (Mark) of Whiteoak, PA and Gary Tobin (Eileen) of Reynoldsville, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
