He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Moore and Christine Szalankiewicz of DuBois; his siblings, Kayne Moore of DuBois, Haley Moore of McKeesport and Alexia Dixon of Houtzdale; his grandparents, Shelley, Michael Altizer, Annette Szalankiewicz, Brian Smith and Bill Moore; and his great-grandparents, Mary Dixon, Gladine Smith, Nancy Moore, Cheryl and Gerry Magolis.
