She was predeceased by : her parents, Clair S. Elder and Elsie P. Elder (Craft); and her husband William H. Gardner. She is survived by : her sons, William Fairman (Dawn) and Donald Fairman (Alice); her stepchildren, Cheryl Smeal (Richard), Dan Gardner (Terri), Kathy (Jerry) and Bill Gardner Jr.; and her siblings, Ray Elder (Nancy), Jerry Elder (Sue) and Helen Fasenmyer (Joe). She is also survived by two grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Winds of Grace Church, 46 W. Long Ave., DuBois, PA 15801.
