She was predeceased by: her parents, James Paul and Virginia Ruth Kurtz Baldwin. She is survived by: her aunt Frieda; her uncle Charles Brinton; her husband Clyde E. Ott of DuBois; her children, Gaye E. Miller (Jeffrey), James A. Ott (Tammy) and Dr. Gary D. Ott (Sonia); and her grandchildren, Clayton, Sydney, Abigail Miller, Aubrey, Avery Ott, Alexander and Adam Ott.
