She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark A. Kough and Cora May Kough (Peterman); and her siblings, Margie Anderson, Wilda Morrow, Dorothy Cribbs and Wayne Kough.
She is survived by: her husband Ray; her children, Judy Peace (Ron) of Punxsutawney, Jim Hazelett (Michele) of Dewittville, NY, Tammy Hazelett (Bart Sawyer) of Garland, TX, Sue Toney (Mike) of Mahaffey, Crystal Bayer of St. Mary's, Mike Heffner (Anita) of DuBois and Steve Heffner (Mary) of Chuluota, FL; and her sister Evelyn Elwood of Salina, PA.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adamson Funeral Chapel (1312 Chestnut Ave, DuBois, PA 15801). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the organization of donor's choice.
