He is survived by: his wife Naomi Berniece Williams (Dempsey); his siblings, Helen Ball (Morgan) and Gary Williams (Bonnie); his children, Kelli Williams, Tracie Baker (Bob), James Williams Jr. and Kimberly Osman (Mark Dunworth); his grandchildren, Crystal Rittenhouse (Jamie), Marie Osman, Michael Williams, Tori Williams (Andrea Nagy) and Amanda Butler (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Adison Ruchlewicz and Dylan Delio; Missy Williams.
