He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Deasey and Bernice Deasey (Frye); his wife Ethel M. "Effie" Deasey; his son Marc R. Deasey; and his siblings, Ann Rohrer, Jean Valentine, Vivian Miller, Walter, Donald and Jack Deasey.
He is survived by: his daughter Llyn "Sue" Prontock (Tom); his grandchildren, Wayne Prontock (Lisa), Jason Prontock (Penny), Marc Eric Deasey (Annette) and Jillian Pituch (Michael); his great grandchildren, Garett, Evan Prontock, Grace Prontock and Dominic Deasey; and his sister Joy Braid of Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
