He was predeceased by: his parents, James Guthridge and Amelia Guthridge; his daughter Jean Ann Bell; his grandson Cove Cooper; and his brother Jack Guthridge.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Guthridge; his children, Kristen Mazzaferro (Steve), Thomas Guthridge, Jr. (Christy) and Kari Cooper (Seth); his grandchildren, Luke, Molly Mazzaferro, Maya, Gavin, Jaxon Guthridge, Skye and Legend Cooper; and his brother Gary "Butch" Guthridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Treasure Lake Church or Tri-County Church.
