Forsythe (Matt) of Oxford, Christi Mahonski (Bob Gregory) of Dewart, Amanda K. Smith of South Williamsport and Lindsey S. Gorton (Anthony) of South Williamsport; her grandchildren, Wyatt Forest, Brendan, John Gabriel, Lily Forsythe, Samantha, Bocephus and Maggie Gregory; and her siblings, John Westphal, Donald Westphal (Margi), David Westphal (Beth) and Elizabeth "Betsy" Belcher (Roy) of Williamsport. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in Cindy's name to the Brad Hyde Memorial Golf Tournament, 357 Smokey Corners Rd, Cogan Station, PA 17728, which raises money for people battling cancer, and their families.
