He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Gertrude Zagrocki, Charlie, Clara Mae Muehlbronner and John Boland.
He is survived by: his mother Kathleen A. Zagrocki; his siblings, Elizabeth K. Slavicek (Justin), Andrea Procacina and Angel; his siblings' child Phoenix Slavicek; and his grandmother Janice Boland. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the David Henney Funeral Home (6364 Library Rd, South Park Township, PA 15129). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Aloysius (459 Ranch Rd, Dunbar, PA 15431).
