She was predeceased by : her parents, William H. Buffington and Ester Ruth Buffington; her husband Stanley L. Kulp; her children, Ruth A. Spease (Jay), Stanley L. Kulp, Jr. (Butch), Barbara L. Hammaker (David, Sr.) and Evelyn J. Hilbish (Gary, Sr.); her stepbrother Chester Smith; and her siblings, Lee Buffington, William Buffington and Mary Gipe.
She is survived by : her granddaughter Michelle Black. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
