She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Murphy and Alma Murphy (Beck); her husband George Howell; her son Michael Howell; and her siblings, David Murphy and Margaret Spicher.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Howell (Jamie) of East Waterford, Daniel Howell (LaRay) of Duncannon, Michelle Bratton (Bryson) of Newport and Meleana Howell-Collins (Roger) of Duncannon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
