With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel Marlene Campbell of Duncannon, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, David S. Kestner and Hazel Lloyd Kestner; her husband Donald Sproull Sr.; and her siblings, David Kestner, Jane Doverspike, Donald Kestner, Samuel Kestner, Clair Kestner and Kenneth Kestner.
She is survived by: her son David Sproull of Duncannon, PA; her grandchildren, Philip, Hannah, Ethan, Sarah, Abigail, Benjamin, Kaleesi and Jonah; her daughter-in-law Yvette Sproull of Newport, PA; and her sisters, Barbara (Tim Vogle) and Carol (John Singer).
