She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R. Hoffman and Florence K. Hoffman (Shibley); her husbands, Ray L. "Bucky" Lightner and Russell E. "Butch" Hammaker; her siblings, John Hoffman and Charmaine "Wink" Grubb; and her stepmother Gladys I. Hoffman (Sands).
She is survived by: her children, David, Duane, Thomas Hammaker and Jane Hammaker; her stepsons, Scott and Mark Lightner; and her brothers, Tom, Bob and Jim Hoffman. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Duncannon Presbyterian Church, 3 N. High Street, Duncannon, PA 17020.
