With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Roger C. Stepp of Duncannon, Pennsylvania, born in Sarver, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by : his wife Dottie Westbrook Stepp; his parents, Samuel O. Stepp and Margaret Fleming Stepp; and his siblings, Enid Nehrig, Samuel, Ken and Thomas Stepp.

He is survived by : his children, Carla Stepp Yount (Wayne) and Doug Stepp (Jo); his stepchildren, Art Barnett, Diane Crawford, Barbara Gerhardt, Rob Barnett, Linda Heckelman and Susan Baker; his brother John Stepp; his nieces, Darlene Ray and Linda Hepfer; and his nephew Thomas Stepp of Duncannon. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and several other nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Watts Wesleyan Church (55 Circle Rd, Duncannon, PA 17020). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Hill Cemetery (4 Hill Church Rd, Duncannon, PA 17020).
