Dale A. Eger Obituary

Dale A. Eger, 55, of Duncansville, passed away Wednesday as a result of an automobile accident. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Frederick and Judy (Irvin) Eger. Surviving are his wife, Christine (Brubaker) Eger; two sons: Garrett and Preston both of Portage; three grandchildren: Colton, Kayden, and Paisley; a sister: Kara Brenneman of Duncansville; two brothers: Matt of Pleasant Gap and Fred of Williamsburg.

He was preceded in death by two sisters: Kathy Payne and Kandy Grove. Dale was a 1983 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School and worked as a butcher and a carpenter. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and listening to music. Friends will be received from 5-7pm on Tuesday, Jan 12, 2021 at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
