Pipta III (Sherry) of Sinking Valley and Christine Svitana (Kevin) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Anthony Pipta II, Alexandra Pipta, Jude Pipta, Abigail Dimitrakis, Madeline Svitana and Robert Woomer; his great grandchildren, Bennett Pipta and Dominic Dimitrakis; his siblings, Eleanor Hipsley, Robert Pipta and Mary Jane Bodner; his close friends, Stan and Ruth Simpson; and his pet Sparky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
