He was predeceased by: his father Duane Wallack; and his brother Jeff Wallack. He is survived by: his mother Violet Wallack (Weaver); his daughters, Amber Valeri (Matthew) of Reading, Danielle Wallack (Dave) of Denver, CO and Andrea Burk (Nick) of Portage; his granddaughters, Sophia, Olivia and Mila; and his sisters, Jodi Edwards (Rick) of Bel Aire, MD and Sherri Harpster of Duncansville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
