He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Harwick and Avis Harwick (Gourley). He is survived by: his wife Marie (Gilbride); his children, Lisa Olenchak (Michael) and John Harwick (Rebecca) of Fort Washington; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Emily Olenchak, Grace and Olivia Harwick. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
