He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Francis Kelly (Freeland) and Mary M. Kelly (Kelley). He is survived by: his brother Joseph Kelly (Patricia) of Pomona, CA; and his sibling's children, Melissa Shephard and Matthew Berkley.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Corcoran Funeral Home (20 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Marywood Heights (2500 Adams Ave, Scranton, PA 18509).
