He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Tartella and Mary Tartella (Armitage); his wife Rosemary Tartella (Helring); and his brothers, Vincent Tartella of Scranton, James Tartella of Scranton, Col. John "Jack" Tartella and Andrew Tartella of Lakewood.
He is survived by: his children, Mauri Dillon (Rich) of Exton, Timothy Tartella, Collin Tartella and Francis Tartella of Dunmore; his grandchildren, Timothy Dillon of Exton, PA, Lauren Dillon and Kiera Dillon of New York, NY.; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Tartella of Clarks Summit, Eleanor Tartella of Scranton and Kieran Williams of Dunmore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
