He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Marie MacDonald Wagner; his son Thomas "TJ"; his parents, Joseph Wagner and Frances Radziewski Wagner; and his siblings, Rosemary Wagner, Betty Lou Saville and George Wagner of Scranton.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Holly M. Wagner; his daughter-in-law Lori A Wagner; and his siblings, Paul Wagner (Vicky) of Wharton, NJ and Carol Rothenberger (Robert).
A Mass was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Church (322 Chestnut St, Dunmore, PA 18512).
