He is survived by: his wife Terri Trevino; his daughters, Kristina Ruiz (Rod) of Wyoming, Stephanie Kveragas Miller (Kyle) of Carbondale, Amanda Kveragas Schuback of Dunmore and Lori Matthews (Ryan) of California; and his siblings, Michael (Connie) of Dunmore, Melanie Konopka (Bart) of Florida, Gary (Debbie) of Dickson City, Cindy Funderburke (David) of North Carolina and David Kveragas of Newton Township. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home, Inc. (318 E Drinker St, Dunmore, PA 18512). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at the St. Catherine's Cemetery (1252 Drinker Turnpike, Covington Township, PA 18444). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (801 Taylor Ave, Scranton, PA 18510).
